At Lions Den Living Co, we work to ensure your outdoor sauna is delivered safely, efficiently, and with clear communication. All shipments are insured for transit, providing added peace of mind with your purchase.
Shipping Methods
Due to the size and weight of our products, most outdoor saunas are shipped via freight carrier. Smaller accessories may ship via standard ground shipping.

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States unless otherwise stated on the product page. Shipping availability for Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations may vary and require additional arrangements.

Free shipping, when offered, applies to standard delivery only and does not include special services such as lift-gate delivery, inside delivery, or installation unless explicitly stated.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product, shipping method, and destination. Freight shipments typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Freight Delivery Details
Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the shipment to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate access for freight delivery
- Being present to receive the shipment if required
- Moving the product from the delivery point to its final location
Additional delivery services may be available upon request for an added fee.
Insured Shipping
All shipments from Lions Den Living Co are insured against damage or loss during transit. In the event your order arrives damaged, please follow the inspection and reporting steps below so we can promptly assist with a claim and resolution.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Lions Den Living Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. We will assist with tracking and communication whenever possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.
