You may request a return within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- All original packaging, components, and accessories must be included
Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used saunas or heaters
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards

Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions if approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Original shipping and freight fees are non-refundable. For large or freight-shipped items, return shipping costs may be significant.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
