Do I need a sauna heater, or is one included?
The Model X2 does NOT include a heater. This allows you to select the perfect heater from the RED BUTTON above that says, "choose your heater package." What happens after I place my order?

How difficult is assembly?
The Model X2 is designed for DIY assembly with 2-3 people over a weekend (10-12 hours). All components are pre-cut
and labeled. Basic tools and moderate DIY skills required. Customers report that once assembly is complete,
operation is effortless and rewarding. Your delivery specialist can refer you to professional installers in your
area if preferred.
What are the electrical requirements?
Electrical needs depend on the sauna heater you choose, but most require a 240V hardwired connection. A separate
120V line is also typically needed for accessories like lighting and controls. We highly recommend using a
licensed electrician for installation, and your personal delivery specialist is here to support you every step
of the way.
What kind of foundation do I need?
You'll need a level, stable surface: concrete pad, paver base, or reinforced deck that can sustain the weight of the sauna.
Also, plan for an additional 2-4 inches longer than each side of the sauna to be sure.
We provide foundation planning guides with your kit, and your delivery specialist will walk you through preparation requirements before delivery.
What warranty is included?
At Lions Den Living Co, all of our saunas include
a limited lifetime residential manufacturer warranty. This covers the structural components, wood materials, glass,
