About This Delivery: This sauna heater system requires a scheduled appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is encased in three-ply cardboard for solid protection. The driver is responsible for “delivery only” and will provide limited assistance at the site. Prior to shipping, we may contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.
